Leal Construction, Inc. Your Southern NH & Northern MA Licensed Contractor began in 1987 and was created by Roy Leal to refurbish and generate residential projects in New Hampshire (NH) and Massachusetts (MA). Roy has 30 years experience and an education in all aspects of light vertical construction. The company is licensed and insured in Massachusetts (MA) and New Hampshire (NH)
